RETURNS We will accept exchanges for merchandise unopened and in its original condition 15 days after order is received. Returns cannot be accepted for credit or refund. We cannot accept any returns or exchanges for merchandise that was purchased from other web sites or stores. Please contact our Fragrance Department at (310) 273-6544 to make arrangements for any returns. We will provide special instructions for returning merchandise unopened and in its original condition within 15 days after you receive your order. (Charges for shipping, insurance and special handling are not refunded.) SHIPPING INFORMATION WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
